Near Gallup. Roadwork~~~NM 602 is reduced to one lane in both directions from mile marker 24-30 (south of Gallup) due to roadwork. A pilot car will guide traffic through the work zone. Contractor work hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm. Please drive with caution, reduced speed and obey all posted traffic signs. This event will be updated as conditions change.
Near Thoreau. Roadwork~~~Eastbound I-40 is reduced to one lane from mile marker 43-44 (Coolidge) due to roadwork. Eastbound traffic is being diverted onto the westbound median shoulder. Westbound has 2 lanes open. Speed reduced to 55mph through the work zone. All work will be performed weekdays from 7am-6pm. Please drive with caution, reduce speed and obey all posted traffic signs. WATCH FOR SLOW MOVING OR STOPPED TRAFFIC. USE BOTH LANES AND TAKE TURNS MERGING AT CONSTRUCTION ZONE. This event will be updated as conditions change.
