Oakwood (Ohio) Road Conditions

Near Riverside until Oct 14. Expect lane closures in each direction of Woodman Drive between Kolmar Ave. and Burkhardt Rd. from March 27th to October 14th. One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction. Crews will be reconfiguring the interchange and rehabilitating a bridge.

Near Dayton until Jul 31, 2026. Expect three 11' lanes on I-75 in each direction to shift to the right starting Tuesday, May 23 to November of 2023. Crews will be completing work on the interior lanes on both sides of the median. This new traffic pattern will maintain three lanes of traffic in each direction.

Near Beavercreek until Oct 31, 2025. U.S. 35-Valley/Trebein project. An overnight lane closure will be in place on U.S. 35 next week to begin construction of the center pier for the new bridge over U.S. 35. Monday thru Thursday, May 22-25: The left lane on westbound U.S. 35 will be closed each night from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following day. The lane closure will be in place just before and after the Valley/Trebein roads intersection, and traffic will be maintained. Barrier wall eliminates left turns from U.S. 35 West to southbound Valley Road. Motorists wanting to turn onto Valley Road will continue west on U.S. 35 and make a U-turn at the signalized loon past Orchard Lane and continue east on U.S. 35 to turn right on Valley Road. The U.S. 35-Valley/Trebein project will upgrade 1.28 miles of U.S. 35 to a limited-access facility by replacing the existing intersection with an interchange and overpass of Valley/Trebein over U.S. 35. The project includes bridge construction, retaining wall construction, and upgrades to Valley and Trebein roads at the intersection. The Eagle Bridge Company was awarded a contract to build the interchange and complete other roadway improvements, and all work is scheduled to be completed in October 2025. Near Fort McKinley until Jul 23. Expect nightly lane closures in each direction on Free Pike from Wolf Creek Pike to Hermosa Drive from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. starting Tuesday, May 22 through Tuesday, June 23. Crews will be completing pavement resurfacing.

Near Waynesville until Jul 30. Rehab. bridge on S.R. 380 over Buck Run. (#22-569)

Near Bellbrook until Jul 31. Expect nightly lane closures on I-675 in each direction between Indian Ripple Road and Wilmington Pike from Sunday, May 21 to Monday, July 31. Crews will be repairing the pavement from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

Near Northridge until Wednesday. Expect multiple lane closures on I-75 in each direction between Needmore Road and State Route 4 from Sunday, April 17 to Friday, May 31. Lane closures will be nightly from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. During this time crews will be working on pavement repairs and installing temporary lights.

Near Park Layne until Jun 5. U.S. 40 Resurfacing ¿ Expect daily lane closures in each direction on U.S. 40 from Scarff Road to Lammes Lane from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. starting Tuesday, May 22 through Monday, June 5. Traffic will be maintained with cones and flaggers. Crews will be completing pavement resurfacing.

Near Moraine until Jul 31, 2025. I-75 reconstruction between S.R. 725 and U.S. 35. Expect traffic pattern shift, ramp closures, and lane restrictions in each direction. There may be nightly lane closures between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. in each direction.

Near Franklin until Jun 1, 2024. Reconstruct Beal Road to eliminate angle intersection with S.R. 123 across Shotwell Drive. Add westbound left turn lane and replace the bridge over Clear Creek tributary (Gills Run). The route will be closed for 120 days at a date to be announced. Detour uses S.R. 123, Beal Road, Weidner Road, Dearth Road and McLean Road. (#23-104)
