Near Florence. Work Zone Construction Activities. US-42. Lane blocked over I-75.

Near Erlanger. Work Zone Construction Activities. DONALDSON HWY. Both directions between KY 842 (Houston Rd) and KY 3076 (Mineonla Pike) expect blocked lanes and delays. Watch for flaggers.

Near Walton. Work Zone Construction Activities. RICHWOOD RD. Expect blocked lanes and delays. Watch for flaggers.

Near Lawrenceburg. Work Zone Construction Activities. I-275. Beginning on the eastbound side of the Carroll Cropper Bridge, the right lane blocked for bridge inspection. Starting on Wednesday, March 29, they will block the westbound right lane to inspect that side of the bridge. Expect delays.

Near White Oak until Jun 1. Install micro-conduit on S.R. 126 between I-275 and U.S. 27. Also install on I-275 between S.R. 28 and S.R. 32. (#223004)

Near Newport until Jun 1, 2024. Rehab. the bridge E. McMillan St. (C.R. 605) over U.S. 42 in the city of Cincinnati. As part of a bridge rehabilitation project, lane restrictions will be in place on E. McMillan Street at the bridge over U.S. Route 42 (Reading Road) in Cincinnati. During the first phase of the project, traffic on E. McMillan will be maintained in three lanes, and additional lane restrictions will be in effect on Reading Road and Burnet Avenue at the overpass, with single-lane closures on northbound Reading and southbound Burnet daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The entire project calls for replacing pier pylons and lighting, repairing the substructure, replacing abutment bearings, painting structural steel, resurfacing the bridge deck and other preservation items. Prus Construction Company was awarded a contract for approximately $1.63 million to complete the project, and all work is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2024. (22-485)

Near Hamilton until Sep 1, 2025. Phase 5B of the I-75/I-74 Mill Creek Expressway. Tuesday, March 28: The I-74 West thru lane will be closed between the Colerain Avenue/Beekman Street exit (Exit 18) to the bridge over southbound Beekman Street from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday. The exit and westbound contraflow lane will remain open.) Single-lane closure on I-75 South, between Mitchell Avenue and the I-74 interchange, beginning at 8 p.m., followed by a double-lane closure at 9 p.m. All restrictions will be lifted by 6 a.m. Wednesday. Single-lane closure on I-75 North, between I-74 and Mitchell Avenue, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday. Intermittent, short-term (15-minute) full closure of I-75 South between Mitchell and I-74, from midnight to 4 a.m. Wednesday. Wednesday, March 29: Single-lane closure on the ramp from I-74 East to I-75 South, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Thursday. Single-lane closure on I-75 North, between Monmouth Street and I-74, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Thursday. Thursday, March 30: Single-lane closure on I-75 North, between Monmouth Street and I-74, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Friday. Saturday, April 1: The ramp from I-74 West to Colerain Avenue/Beekman Street (Exit 18) will be closed from 8 p.m. to 12 p.m. (noon) Sunday, April 2. Motorists may detour by way of the Montana Avenue interchange and I-74 East. The total project will reconfigure the I-75 South connection to I-74 East and perform additional improvements to the eastbound I-74 connections to I-75. During the initial phase of construction roadway, drainage and lighting improvements will be made on Borden Place, Powers Street, King Place, Elmore Street and Prang Street adjacent to I-74. As part of this phase of construction, the following changes will be implemented: Borden Pl. will be converted to a cul-de-sac. Powers St. will be eliminated between Borden Pl. and King Pl. The intersection of Powers St. and King Pl. will be reconfigured. Powers St. will be extended to tie into Colerain Ave. Prang St. will be relocated to the east. The Great Lakes Construction Company was awarded the $85 million contract, and all work is scheduled to be complete by late summer 2025. (203000)

Near Glendale until May 30, 2025. Interstate 75/Thru the Valley mega project. Beginning at 8 p.m. Monday, March 27, the left lane will be closed on I-75 South at Sharon Road until 6 a.m. Tuesday, March 28. Then, at 10 p.m., the ramp from I-75 South to Sharon Road will be closed until 5 a.m. Tuesday. In addition, short-term full closures will be in place on I-75 South at Sharon Road between midnight and 4 a.m. Tuesday. Traffic will be maintained with law enforcement officers. All work will be contingent upon the weather, and motorists are reminded of the need for additional caution through the work zone. (#21--43)

Near Mack until Oct 31. A resurfacing project on state Route 264 (Bridgetown Road) is scheduled to begin, with traffic restrictions starting later this month. Beginning Monday, March 27, contractors for the Ohio Department of Transportation will impart single-lane closures on S.R. 264 from Ebenezer Road to Glenway Avenue for curb ramp work, and traffic will be maintained by flaggers from approximately 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily during the initial phase of construction. The project extends from U.S. 50 to the city of Cincinnati, and along with resurfacing includes pavement repairs, curb ramp upgrades, and raised pavement markings. The John R. Jurgensen Company was awarded a contract for $3.6 million to complete the project, and throughout construction, traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
