Seattle Road Conditions

Near Bryn Mawr-Skyway until Apr 4. Construction on westbound State Route 900 from milepost 8.5 near South 135th Street/Empire Estates Apartments to milepost 8.1 near South 133rd Street beginning at 7 a.m. Monday, March 13, through 9 p.m. Monday, April 3 closes the right lane.

Near SeaTac. Expect nightly lane and ramp closures on northbound I-5 between SR 516 and S. 188th Street for road construction work. Sunday through Thursday nights, ramps begin closing as early as 7 p.m. and lanes at 8 p.m. All lanes and ramps will be open by 4:30 a.m. on weekdays. On Saturday nights, lanes and ramps may begin closing as early as 6:30 p.m. Lanes will reopen by 9 a.m. on Sunday and ramps by 10:30 a.m.

Near Seattle. Until further notice – The I-5 Express Lanes will be reduced from four to three lanes between the Ship Canal Bridge and Mercer Street as crews create a work zone for the SR 520/I-5 Express Lanes Connection Project.

Near Yarrow Point. Flammable cargo is prohibited on SR 520 eastbound & westbound from Montlake Blvd (MP 1) to 84th Ave NE (MP 5).

Near Newport until Wednesday. Construction on westbound Interstate 90 at milepost 9.7 near the I-405 interchange beginning at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, until about 4:15 a.m. Wednesday, March 29 closes the westbound I-90 off-ramp to northbound I-405.

Near Clyde Hill until Thursday. Construction on eastbound State Route 520 at milepost 7 near the Interstate 405 interchange beginning at 9 p.m. Wednesday, March 29, until about 5 a.m. Thursday, March 30 closes the eastbound SR 520 off-ramp to southbound I-405.
