Site preparations are under way with clearing and structure demolition, and traffic along S.R. 32 will continue to be maintained during the initial stages of construction. The closure of Newberry Drive will go into effect this week, and motorists will have access to S.R. 32 by way of Marian Drive and Bach Buxton. The John R. Jurgensen Company was awarded a contract for approximately $42.5 million to undertake the project, and all work is scheduled to be complete in late fall 2024.
